Nakapagtataka

"Nakapagtataka" is a Tagalog song originally written by Jim Paredes of the Apo Hiking Society and popularized by Hajji Alejandro, although the Apo Hiking Society has their own rendition. There are numerous covers from other artists like Rachel Alejandro (Hajji's daughter), MYMP, Pow Chavez (one of the 2006 Philippine Idol finalists) and Sponge Cola.

" Laklak " is an alternative rock song by Filipino band Teeth. The song is included in their double-platinum eponymous album in 1995. " Laklak " reached number 1 for 12 weeks in LA-105, a former alternative rock station in Manila, and was voted as Song of the Year at 1995 NU 107 Rock Awards. "Laklak" was re-recorded to fit the mainstream audience. The lyrics of the song are somewhat controversial because it talks about alcoholism in the youth. Although, it can also viewed as a way to avoid alcoholism because the song shows how too much drinking can make a person looked like a police who has a big tummy. "Kaleidoscope World" is rap song by Filipino rapper Francis M. from the album Freeman that was released in 1995. In the unrehearsed introduction of this hit from the Master Rapper, he sucked a helium-filled balloon and offered some of it to his daughter Maxene Magalona. Paying homage to The Beatles 1966 song "Here, There & Everywhere", this hit features three distinct guitarists - Perf De Castro of Rivermaya, Olrac and Noel Mendez and, in 1995, won an Awit award for "Best Produced Record" of the year.
